These are some of the areas that I deal with on a day-to-day basis, but the list is not exhaustive. There may be other issues or unwanted emotions you are experiencing or have been given a ‘label’ for these issues, but the ‘label doesn’t quite fit’. We can explore your issues and the labels that may have been given to it. I prefer not to use labels with clients, but instead, gain an understanding of what you’re experiencing. However, I also appreciate that we use labels sometimes as an explanation of what you’re experiencing.

  • Confidence and self-esteem – public speaking, are you worried about what others may think or say about you, people pleasing, always saying yes?

  • Personal development – exam nerves, interview preparation.
  • Sleep and insomnia.
  • Weight control, food or alcohol cravings and negative body image.
  • Compulsive behaviors – OCD, anger, jealousy, pulling out or hair, nail biting.
  • Relationship struggles – Marriage or partnership issues, breakups, parent, sibling or children issues, managing work relationships. I can help you manage and view relationships to give some resolutions.
  • Cancer and serious illness diagnosis or health matters. I can support you managing the emotional impact this can bring.
  • Loneliness, loss and grief.
